Returns and Refunds

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. All sales are final once an order has been placed, confirmed and forwarded to our postal carrier.

Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of many of our products, we cannot offer exchanges on items such as underwear, swimwear, fetish-wear and in-body jewellery (ear-rings, navel rings, nose rings, etc), toys. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and size requirements. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty or defective product, we are here to help. Please return the item to us, and we will inspect it. If it is a toy, please ensure that it is cleaned before returning it. If the fault is confirmed, we will replace the product at no cost to you. Return shipping costs for faulty items may be covered depending on the circumstances—please contact us for details.
